Professor Peter Bannister
Biography
Peter Bannister is Managing Director of Romilly Life Sciences and leads on activities related to CERSI AI’s commercial strategy.
His academic background in medical imaging and machine learning has been followed by both product, regulatory and commercial roles in medical device, clinical trials and digital health companies, including Migration Biotherapeutics: a start-up developing new treatments for brain cancer.
Peter is also Honorary Chair at the University of Birmingham, Fellow and Policy Chair at the Institution of Engineering and Technology (which offers many opportunities to learn from other sectors leveraging cutting edge technology in highly regulated environments) and non-executive director at the Life Sciences Hub Wales.
We’re proud to have Peter’s combined experience across technology, regulation, policy and commercial strategy to ensure we are able to meet the needs of industry through CERSI-AI.
